Rickett's Kennel bought our first fawn horsecoat in 1984,
after several years of breeding Lhasa Apso's. Of course
that is what got us hooked. Wrink just took over our hearts
and ran with them and we were addicted. After owning her or her owning us, we could not go to another breed,
even though we have tried a few since. But have always dedicated our efforts to the Shr-pei. We had Wrink for 13 years and is the foundation of most of our breeding.
In 1990 we were fortunate to obtain Ch. Chesapeake's F'red Of MossyRock to add to our breeding program. The results of these two pedigrees have helped us considerably. Unfortunately Fred died at the age of 6 from a brain tumor.
I am dedicated to improvement of the breed in every aspect. We strive to produce exceptional temperament, good health, and longevity. All dogs are sold with a contract and a health guarantee.
